Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)
for Anxiety & Depression
EFT is emotional acupuncture without needles and involves tapping on specific acupoints while using focused affirmations and intention.  In this workshop you will learn the tapping technique and how to reduce anxiety, stress and depression by clearing energy blockages.  You will learn self soothing and relaxation techniques and be able to identify, manage and transform sources of emotional discomfort.

March 10, 2014 A workshop by Linda Lockspeiser: Letting Go

Linda Lockspeiser, LCSW, A Constellation Therapist will be holding a workshop on Monday, March 10th, 2014 from 9:30 to 4:00 PM entitled “Letting Go.” This topic is part of an all day event held at Our Lady of Grace Retreat Center in Manhasset, NY.  Linda will be sharing the workshop with Karen Musicaro, LCSW.  Karen will focus the morning on using 12 step Spirituality to create a life of right relationship. After lunch, Linda will work with constellations to help find our right place in the family system and to let go of what does not belong to us.
